Medical Journal IMJ Health (ISSN: 2395-6291) welcomes contributions from researchers and professionals in the fields of medical, health, and pharmaceutical sciences. To maintain high publication standards, we provide comprehensive submission guidelines to ensure authors prepare their research in accordance with our journal's policies.

Guidelines for Authors:
Basic Instructions for Authors:
- The research article should be original.
- It must not have been published previously.
- It must not have been submitted for publication elsewhere.
- The article should be free of plagiarism.
- The article should not have any conflicts of interest.
- It should adhere to the ICMJE recommendations or the guidelines provided by IJCM
Important Dates:
- Frequency of Publication: Monthly online.
- 1st Issue to be Published: 1st March 2015
- Publication: 1st of every month
- Last date for submission of Research paper: 20th of every month
- Acknowledgment of submission: Instantly after Submission through Submit Article Link.
- Decision on Research paper: within 7 days of Acknowledgment
- Last date for deposing publication fee: within 3 working days after acceptance letter mail date
- It should adhere to the ICMJE recommendations or the guidelines provided by IJCM
Brief Guidelines for Authors:
- Articles must be submitted in:
- Word format.
- Times New Roman font.
- Font size: 10 points, except for tables (which can be 8-10 points).
- Headings should be in bold.
- The abstract should not exceed 300 words, until unless it is must required.
- The article should not exceed 3000 words, the extra words will exceed the page limit and authors have to beer more than normal fee.
- Keywords should not exceed 10 words.
- Tables should be limited to 5 and is properly insertable in Potrait mode.
- Figures should be limited to 5.
- References should not exceed 25 and should follow the Vancouver style.
- URLs for references should be included where applicable.

Medical Journal IMJ Health publishes monthly issues, with articles finalized and released on the last day of each month. If an article is accepted after the 25th of the month, it will be considered for publication in the following month's issue. The journal started in 2015, and each volume represents a calendar year, with 12 issues per year.
For department-based special issues, the journal announces specific calls for articles, which apply to those special issues only.
Article Categories:
- Original Research: Articles written entirely by the authors. References to other works should be properly cited.
- Survey/Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews on specific scientific topics.
- Fast Communications: Short, self-contained articles on ongoing research.
- Technical Notes: Articles related to ongoing research, technical studies, or theories, including references.
Submission Guidelines for Authors:
- Plagiarism Check:
- Authors should ensure that their work contains original content.
- Plagiarism should be less than 20%, including references, or less than 5% excluding references.
- Use licensed software (Turnitin/iThenticate) for plagiarism checks.
- Quality Check:
- Articles must be original, result-oriented, and within the journal's scope.
- The article must include: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Article Submission Limit:
- An author can submit a maximum of 2 articles per issue. Additional articles will be considered for the next issue.
- Review Process:
- The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout.
- Each article may be reviewed by more than 2 reviewers depending upon the quality or field area.
- The review process typically takes 5 to 7 days, with final decisions made by the Chief Editor. Sometime it may exceed these days if reviewer need more time.
- e-Copyright:
- Authors must submit an electronically signed copyright form after acceptance: Click here to download Copyright form. Along with the Copyright form our Journal ask for Registration form also, which authors can download from the same link.
- Copyright:
- After publication, the article becomes the property of the journal and publishing house.
- Publication Fee:
- IMJ Health is an open-access journal, and authors are required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to cover editorial, production, and hosting costs: Click here to check and Pay the publication fee.
- Authors may request for Free publication in Medical Journal IMJ Health, which may require few documentation process and will be share via email only. The final decisions on the free publication will be from editorial side and we are not committed to do so.
- Indexing:
- The journal cannot influence whether or not articles are indexed in specific bibliographic databases.
- Our dedicated editorial Team is always working on new indexing but we are not committed to any indexing guarantee.
Article Writing Guidelines:
- Title Page:
- Include the article title, authors' names, affiliations, email addresses, and contact numbers for the corresponding author.
- Abstract:
- Provide an abstract between 150 and 450 words in italic font. It should not contain undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.
- Keywords:
- Include 5 to 10 keywords for indexing purposes.
- Formatting:
- Articles must be formatted in A4 size, with the following margins: Top 2.54 cm, Bottom 2.54 cm, Left 1.63 cm, Right 1.63 cm. The text must be justified.
- Title must be in New Roman font, size 18, bold with single line spacing.
- Headings:
- Main headings should be uppercase, centered, and numbered (I, II, III...).
- Subheadings should be title case, left-aligned, and numbered with decimals (1.1, 1.2, etc.).
- Introduction:
- State the objectives and provide adequate background with a summary of results or a detailed literature survey.
- Methodology:
- Extend the theory from the introduction without repeating it.
- Results:
- Present clear and concise results.
- Discussion:
- Explore the significance of the results without repeating them.
- Conclusion and Future Scope:
- Present the main conclusions and discuss future research opportunities.
- Appendices:
- If used, appendices should be labeled (A, B, etc.) and have separate numbering for equations, tables, and figures.
- Acknowledgments:
- Acknowledge any individuals or organizations that assisted with the research.
- References:
- Ensure all cited references are present in the reference list and vice versa. Follow the IEEE citation style.

Authors wishing to include material previously published elsewhere must obtain permission from the copyright owner and include evidence of this permission when submitting.

Final Proof of the Article:
We always send the final version of the article to the corresponding author for proofreading before publication, along with a specified deadline for corrections. The final publication date is the last day of each month. If the author does not respond within the given timeframe, the article will be published on the last date of the month without any further changes. Please note, significant revisions will not be accepted at this stage without prior approval. Proofreading is the sole responsibility of the author.
